Teams may secure a spot with a $50 refundable deposit, with the balance on or before December 1st, 2025. Team entry fee for up to 12 players for $1,200 which includes uniform and registration code for 12 members. Additional players registrations will be $100 per player. Max roster of 18 players. We suggest between 12-15 total players per team. Individual rosters, waivers, and coach to be submitted by 12/15/2025.
